One size doesn’t fit all

We build resilient, profitable businesses in a range of sectors where we have relevant expertise.

Our deal-by-deal approach to raising and deploying capital enables us to match the right investors with the right opportunity. We see the value in not being constrained by fund terms, concentration limits and capital deployment timelines.

Meaningful participation matters

We seek meaningful participation in our investments because we see the benefits of being actively involved in the formulation and execution of the business strategy. We seek to invest in companies:

  • That are predominantly founder or management-owned businesses looking to bring in a financial investor for the first time
  • That require an initial investment of between £5 million and £25 million
  • Where we can acquire a shareholding of between 25% and 75%
  • Where we are fully aligned with our partners and co-shareholders
